His highness is a successful entrepreneur, and has extensive experience in many diverse fields where His Highness holds a number of leadership positions, including: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Almarai Company, Zain KSA, Sultan Holding Company. He’s also the Vice Chairman of Farabi Petrochemicals Co, and Board Member of Tejoury, Yamama Saudi Cement Co, Kuwait China Investment Co, Tarabot Investment & Development Co, Ideal Factory for Sweets and Pastries Co, Al Nafoura Food Supply Co, Dar Al Selal Factory Co., and Diplomat for Sweets and Pastries Co.

Mr. Sameer Ibrahim Al-Wazzan holds degrees in management from well-known universities such as Stanford University in California, USA Manchester College for Business in the UK, and Bahrain University. Mr. Sameer Al Wazzan has more than 32 years of international experience in the insurance industry. He has held senior management positions such as Chief Executive Officer of Al Khazna Insurance Company in the UAE and Solidarity Group in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Also, he served as the General Manager of Bahrain- Kuwait Insurance Company, Unitac, and National Insurance Company. Mr. Al-Wazzan contributed to the establishment of the Bahrain Insurance Association and was the Chairman of the Board of Directors for two sessions in 1986 and 2008. In addition to that, he was awarded the honor of Best Insurance Man of the Middle East by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) in 2009. Mr. Al-Wazzan also holds a number of leadership positions including Chairman of the Board of Directors of United Insurance Company, Board Member of both National Finance House and Al Kindi National Hospital, in addition to being the CEO of Bahrain National Holding Company.

Mr. Saud holds Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University. With over 20 years of experience in retail banking, Mr. Saud currently oversees one of the largest retail banking networks in Saudi Arabia, with 500 branches and over 5,000 employees. His expertise includes product development, customer experience, customer segmentation, sales, customer relationship management, performance management, branch expansion, analytics, strategy, and customer service.

Eng. Abdullah Al-Obeikan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University in 1968. Mr. Abdulla has more than 29 years of experience in various fields. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Obeikan Company Ltd. Mr. Al-Obeikan is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of both the National Water Company and Dussur. In addition, he holds a number of memberships in various companies and bodies .i.e. the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), Al Yamamah Cement Company, the National Industrial Development Center, Sulaiman Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation, and the Social Development Bank.

Mr. Raed Al-Saif holds a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences majoring in Accounting from King Saud University in 1996. He also has extensive experience in investment management, business development, consulting and supervision of all local and foreign commercial activities and real estate projects. Mr. Raed holds a number of leadership positions including: Board Member of Zain KSA, Board Member of Tejoori Company, Saudi Yamama Cement Company, Kuwait China Investment Company, Tarabot Investment and Development Company, in addition to being the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ANB Investment Company.

Mr. Mohammed holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University in 1994, in addition, he successfully obtained a Fellowship of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants in 2013. Mr. Mohammed has a diverse experience having worked in several fields such as Saudi Airlines, Riyadh Care Hospital, Tatweer Educational Services Company and Aja Pharmaceutical Industries. Mr. Mohammed is currently the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Hboub Technology and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Tamkeen Human Resources.

Mr. Taha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University, obtained in 1993. He possesses extensive expertise in the economic and financial sectors. Currently, Mr. Taha serves as a member of the Board of Directors for several companies, including but not limited to: Food Industries Company, Zahrat Al Waha Trading Co., and Lunar Space Financial Company (Nami).

Furthermore, he holds memberships in the Audit Committees of various companies and serves as Chairman for several of them, including the Audit Committee at BATIC Investment and Logistics Co., Zahrat Al Waha Trading Co., and Masdar. He also previously served as a member of the Risk Management Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company.

Mr. Abdullah holds a Bachelor of Sharia and Law from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. Mr. Abdulla has extensive experience in restructuring troubled companies, mergers, acquisitions, and marketing solutions. Mr. Abdullah has also served as member of the Board of Directors, including but not limited to: Member of the Board of Directors of Al-Andalus Real Estate Company, and Member of the Board of Directors of Dome International Investment, member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Industrial Export Company, as well as member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Risk Committee. Mr. Abdullah is also the General Manager of the Creative Projects Company.

Mr. Bassel holds two master’s degrees, one in engineering management and the second in information systems management, both from California State University - USA. He also has CII certificate from (the Chartered Insurance Institute - UK). Mr. Bassel has more than 10 years of experience in insurance & information technology and has served as shared services manager, then promoted to Chief Operations Officer and Deputy CEO.
